You may have noticed our website looks and feels a little bit different since your last visit. What’s changed, we hear you ask? Below is a quick overview of changes.
Whats New?
- We have moved to a new system powered by the incredibly fast and secure Shopify platform. In our tests, we've seen a huge performance boost and an increase in ease of use for our customers.
- The look and feel of our store has been streamlined and tweaked with a nod to the past.
- We now use a passwordless account system. Instead, you simply enter your email address, and a login code will be sent straight to your inbox.
- Future orders will automatically show in your account; however, past orders may not be present at the current time. If you need any information from a past order, please contact us.
- Over the coming weeks, you may notice further improvements and features, so watch this space!
- Our nappy mix and match bundles and build a box builds will be returning in the future.
- Our sister site ABDL Marketplace has also moved to Shopify and remains separate from NRU.
What's The Same?
- Same name, same logo, same company, same people. Although most people now call us NRU (formally NappiesRUs). For your privacy, you'll also see us use the name Napus Ltd.
- There are no changes to our physical location or showroom.
- Our contact details are the same too!
- Pricing is as excatly as it was before, including postage options.
